City kids got a chance to pet farm animals at the
temporary petting zoo.
Picnic in the Park brings together more than 5,000 neighbors from the Hale Page Diamond Lake neighborhood and beyond showcasing local business and non-profit organizations. For more than 20 years this has become a summer tradition for many. Organized by the HPDL Community Association, people are drawn to the event by more than a dozen food trucks, live music and as a way to learn more about what’s happening in the neighborhood.
